Precision CNC Machining

At Sel-Tech we are accustomed to machining high precision parts for the aviation industry.  We are equipped to handle high production, precision CNC machining, as well as fast turn-around on prototype parts. 

From aircraft grade aluminum to stainless steel, the machinists at Sel-Tech can handle it.  The precision CNC machining equipment at Sel-Tech can hold tolerances up to 0.0001 of an inch.  Certified and annually calibrated measuring equipment helps ensure that all parts are manufactured to print and customer satisfaction.

Jobs that require material traceability and certification are no problem for us.  As most of our jobs are for the aviation industry, we ensure complete traceability back to the manufacturer as part of the MIL-I-45208A  quality system.  This is backed up with a strict planning & scheduling system that requires paperwork with material certification for every part that goes through the shop.

If shortage of manpower is slowing down your production, Sel-Tech can fill in those gaps with precision CNC machining to any part of the country.  We have a very good relationship with several freight companies that can ship any size order across the country in a timely and cost effective manner.

Along with precision CNC machining, Sel-Tech has a wide variety of approved vendors that can finish your parts to design data.  These processes include, but are not limited to:

• Anodize
• Nickel Plating
• Chrome Plating, and
• Powdercoating just to name a few. 

All of these vendors provide certification of their work to the required specifications and are audited yearly to ensure continued quality service.
